About Us...

We were established in 2005 by a collection of individuals whose philosophies on creating exquisite homes aligned. With collegiate training in fine arts, history, historic renovation, architecture, and business, our education inspired our imaginative spirit to pursue our careers with those who addressed the needs of their clients with creativity and intelligence. Our professional background includes experience as independent contractors and working for local artisans whose work we admire, such as George Nakashima. Our collective experience strengthens our individual abilities respond to the real homebuilding demands of our dicriminating clientele.

Through decades of experience, our senior level craftsmen have developed an eye for what materials and forms result in spectacular results for our clients. Through having a registered architect on staff, we are able to streamline the lengthy permitting & planning process as well as reduce conflicts between architect and contractor during construction. We work together in a design-build environment where input from the contractors building the work is implemented into the design during the planning process. 

 We work exclusively with subcontractors whose commitment to quality and reputation are equal to our own. Through our established connections with our subs we have cultivated strong relationships to get results for our clients efficiently. 

 Our dedication is in full contrast to the pitfalls of homeowners burdened with fast tracked homes that builders wildly profit from by using cheap & easy construction methods & materials.
